Just like you need to exercise 15 to 30 minutes a day, you also should read 15 to 30 minutes a day. Reading can decrease mental health decline, just like physical activity. Both reading and exercise can help you sleep better at night, which affects your overall health. They both can increases longevity. Reading and exercising is therapeutic for people with illnesses.
